France, Paris – 22 September 2006 — Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that the Spanish version of World of Warcraft®, its subscription-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game, will be available at retail outlets in Spain on 29 September, 2006. The Spanish version of World of Warcraft will be hosted in Europe and supported by a dedicated Spanish-speaking team based at the Blizzard Europe offices. This will include 24/7 in-game support, offline customer support, a community team and an official World of Warcraft website in Spanish: www.wow-europe.com/es. World of Warcraft is operated in Europe by a local team of more than 600 Blizzard employees representing 24 different nationalities.
