This just in:
We are aware that accounts that renewed around April 20th and 21st were not charged and players cannot get into the game.
We have a workaround for the problem. It requires you to “refresh” your payment options by placing it in the system again. Note that you will not get double-charged. To do this, please follow the instructions:
# Go to Account Management and log onto the account: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account
# Click on Change Payment Meth. on the top-right corner of the site.
# Ignore the current payment section box. Click on the appropriate credit card option and click Continue.
# Select the appropriate subscription and enter in your current credit card information. Click Finish to continue.
The new credit card data should update the account to active and your card will attempt to process the subscription plan chosen. You should be able to log onto the game.
