Being an Alchemist allows you to create powerful potions that will help you and your friends in the World of Warcraft. From the common healing and mana potions to the high end flasks available only to alchemist masters there is always something useful to create. Alchemy also allows you to transmute many items from one thing to another, this includes iron to gold and elemental essences form one type to another.
