For priests with Benediction, the only healer upgrade in the entirety of ZG is [item]Jin’do’s Evil Eye[/item] with a 5.6% chance (1 every ~54 days) off the hardest boss in ZG. Meanwhile Hakkar the loot pinata always drops 2-3 epics, not one of which is for healers (minus the heart which is for every class).

So while [item]Jin’do’s Evil Eye[/item] is the best healer neck in the game, it is still nearly impossible to get(3 priests = 162 days) - and is the ONLY reason a priest with Benediction would even go(minus the factional stuff everyone else gets as well).
